Why do we rejoice in our Reformed doctrine also known as Calvinism?

According to Theologian B. B. Warfield, Calvinism focuses on God:  “It begins, it centers, and it ends with the vision of God in His glory: and it sets itself before all things to render to God His rights in every sphere of life activity.”

“It is the vision of God in His majesty, in a word, that lies at the foundation of Calvinistic thinking,”:  states Theologian B. B. Warfield.

Westminster Shorter Catechism states it this way:  “Man’s chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy him for ever”.  It is my hope that this blog will help us to glorify God and to enjoy him for ever.  Toward these goals, let us realize God’s TOTAL PERFECT TRIUMPH:
1.  God has made a perfect plan: TOTAL in scope and PERFECTLY demonstrating all the components of His will, including God’s lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness, all designed for God’s glory and TRIUMPH.
2.  God perfectly executes his plan: TOTALLY accomplishing every detail, PERFECTLY accomplishing every detail, and TRIUMPHANTLY accomplishing every detail.
3.  God’s people “shout for joy”!

“Be glad in the LORD and rejoice you righteous ones, And shout for joy all you who are upright in heart.”  Psalm 32:11.
