Today’s devotion comes from Joel chapter 3. Here is a link to this chapter – https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Joel+3&version=NASB
I quote only the following verse.
“The LORD roars from Zion
And utters His voice from Jerusalem,
And the heavens and the earth tremble.
But the LORD is a refuge for His people
And a stronghold to the sons of Israel.” Joel 3:16.
__________
“6 Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found;
Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.
7 You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble;
You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.” Psalm 32:6-7.
“For You have been a refuge for me,
A tower of strength against the enemy.” Psalm 61:3.
“20 Come, my people, enter into your rooms
And close your doors behind you;
Hide for a little while
Until indignation runs its course.
21 For behold, the LORD is about to come out from His place
To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity;
And the earth will reveal her bloodshed
And will no longer cover her slain.” Isaiah 26:20-21.
